Essentially Ypsilanti and Ann arbor are so intertwined that you don't realize when you leave one and enter the other. The only real difference is the danger. Over the past couple of years Ypsilanti has had a growing murder and theft rate so many realize that Ypsilanti is an area you should stay out of.
